Police investigating an assault in Elstree are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward.
The incident happened at the Village Hotel in Centennial Park, shortly before midnight on Saturday, November 29.
An altercation occurred outside the pub which resulted in a man being assaulted by another man who had been inside watching the boxing.
The victim sustained injuries to his right eye and ear.
The suspect is described as a white man, aged around 20-25 years old, approx. 5ft 9-11inches tall, of slim build, with short brown hair. He was wearing jeans and trainers.
The suspect left with a woman who police are also keen to trace as she may have information which could assist the investigation.
PC Stephen Bell, who is investigating, said:
"There were a number of people in the pub at the time and I am appealing for anyone who believes they saw the suspect that evening to contact me.
I would also like to hear from anyone else who saw what happened or who may have information which could assist our investigation."
