Pictures Released after Teens Attacked

E fits released by police after teenagers attacked in Canterbury

Police have released three e-fit images of men they are keen to speak with in relation to a robbery in Canterbury.

The incident took place in Tennyson Avenue, Canterbury, between 10pm and 10.30pm on Wednesday, 8 September.

It is reported that two fifteen-year-old boys and a 16-year-old boy were walking along Tennyson Avenue when they heard people approaching them from behind at a running pace. They turned and saw the men, one of whom is alleged to have punched one of the boys in the face. The boy’s friend then tried to intervene and he was reportedly punched by another man.

The males continued to assault the boys before making off with one of the teenagers rucksacks. The rucksack contained some underwear.

The matter is being investigated by DC Dave Wells who said: ‘Clearly this was a terrifying incident for the victims. I want to be able to tell those boys that we have caught the people who attacked them and prevent this from happening again.

‘If anyone recognises the people in the e-fits and can help us with this investigation, please contact the police.’
