Second Man Charged With Car Park Murder

A second person has been charged with murder following the death of a man in Tunbridge Wells.
James Marshall-Gunn, 29, of Hadlow Road, Tonbridge will appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday 13 March 2017, following his arrest the previous day.
The body of Giles Metcalfe, who was aged 43 and from the local area, was found during the early hours of Tuesday 7 March, 2017. Police had been called to a stairway on the first floor of the Torrington Road car park, by Kent Fire and Rescue Service.
Provisional post-mortem results indicate he had died as a result of the effects of a fire.
Dean Lewis, aged 34 and of no fixed address, was also previously charged with Mr Metcalfe’s murder and was remanded in custody following a court appearance on 10 March.
