A man has been charged with possessing a knife in a public place after a disturbance at a pub in Herne Bay in the early hours of New Year's Day.
The 42-year-old is also accused of affray and criminal damage following the trouble at the Rose Inn in Mortimer Street.
Anthony Ridge, of Charles Street, Herne Bay appeared via virtual link at Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 2 January 2018 and was remanded in custody.
The case will next be heard at Maidstone Crown Court on Tuesday 30 January 2018.
he charges follow a report of a disturbance at the Rose Inn in Mortimer Street, Herne Bay between 1.45am and 2.15am on New Year’s Day.
