Kent Family Pledge to get Healthy

A Kent family have been telling Heart how they are trying to improve their health by growing their own fruit and vegetables.
It's as part of a campaign in Medway to get people living there to eat better food, drink sensibly and get more active.
The "Better Medway Campaign" is designed to improve mental as well as physical health.
Dr Alison Barnett, Medway's Director of Public Health said: "From taking up a new hobby, to getting more active, learning to cook a new recipe or taking time out to unwind, A Better Medway is about taking those small steps to get healthier together one day at a time through 2010."
The Bright family from Upnor are being used to help inspire other families in the area.
They got an allotment three years ago so they could grow their own fruit and vegetables and have been speaking to Heart.
