Man Shot In Canterbury

A man's been seriously injured in a suspected shooting in Canterbury.

The victim, in his 20s, was found in Oxford Road last night, but officers think he was attacked a mile away in Godwin Road.

No one's been arrested.

An investigation has been launched by the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate.

Officers remain in the area carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident and to determine the weapon involved.
