A man has suffered stab wounds after a row broke out between a group of men in Dartford last night (Wednesday).

Police were called to reports of the disturbance in Priory Market Place at 7.47pm.

One man was taken to a London hospital for treatment to a shoulder injury, consistent with a stab wound.

A 26-year-old man from Dartford has been arrested in connection with the incident and he remains in custody.

Enquiries are continuing.
