An 18-year-old man died after a car left the road and hit a wall.
It happened in the early hours of yesterday morning on Holt Street in Aylesham.
Officers want to trace anyone with dashcam footage from the road.
Two other people in the car who were also injured have now been arrested in connection with the collision.

At about 2.50am, a black Mercedes Benz was travelling from Nonnington towards Snowdon when the driver lost control in Holt Street while negotiating a left hand bend. The vehicle then collided with a wall and came to a stop on its roof.
Three people all from the Dover area were in the vehicle at the time.
One person, an 18-year-old man died at the scene. A 41-year-old man received serious injuries and was taken to a London hospital for treatment and a 22-year-old man received minor injuries, they have been arrested in connection with the collision and are currently in custody.
