RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to ‘Colourful Trio of Tracks’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 18th to Friday 22nd June 2012 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Kent.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 01227 772000 (the “Telephone Line”). Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
4. Each day of the competition we will play a montage of 3 Heart songs – our trio of colourful tracks.
5. We will invite listeners to call in an identify all 3 tracks to win a Cosmos holiday.
6. One caller will be selected at random to come to air and take part in the competition.
7. If the listener correctly identifies the name of each track, they will win the prize for the day.\
8. The winner will be notified on air and they will receive a confirmation letter through the post within 28 days of the competition close date.
Eligibility:
9. Entrants must be 18 or over.
10. The winner and all their guests must hold a UK passport valid for 3 months beyond the end of their holiday.
11. The winner and their guests are responsible for arranging any visas required.
12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
13. The winner will receive a holiday to the daily destination (details below)
14. The winner will also receive a cheque for £250.
15. Insurance will be provided by Global.
Holiday 1: Tenerife Holiday Terms & Conditions
1. The prize is valid for travel until 31st March 2013, subject to availability
2. The winner must be aged 18 years or over
3. Flights and accommodation are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. The prize cannot be taken during peak periods such as school & bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter
4. The prize includes two return flights from London Gatwick airport to Tenerife, and seven night’s accommodation at the four diamond rated Dream Noelia Sur Hotel, on a half board basis for two people sharing a room
5. Airport taxes and one piece of hold baggage up to 20kgs per person are included in the prize
6. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats and the carriage of sports equipment)
7. Spending money, transfers to and from airports (in the UK and in resort) and hotel charges beyond the accommodation (such as meals and drinks other than those included in the half board offering) are the responsibility of the winners
8. Travel insurance is not included in the prize (but included by Global Radio)
9. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner
10. The holiday may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event
11. No cash alternative is available
Holiday 2: Majorca Holiday Terms & Conditions
1. The prize is valid for travel until 31st October 2012, excluding travel between 20th July – 31st August 2012
2. The winner must be aged 18 years or over
3. Flights and accommodation are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. The prize cannot be taken during peak periods such as school & bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.
4. The prize includes two return flights to Majorca from London Gatwick airport and seven night’s accommodation at the three diamond rated Pollensa Park and Spa Hotel in the resort of Puerto Pollensa, on a half board basis for two people sharing a room.
5. Airport taxes and one piece of hold baggage up to 20kgs per person are included in the prize

1. The prize is valid for travel before 31st October 2012, subject to availability and excluding travel between 1st – 30th July 2012
2. The winner must be aged 18 years or over
3. Flights and accommodation are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. The prize cannot be taken during peak periods such as school & bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter
4. The prize includes two return flights to Dalaman airport in Turkey from London Gatwick and seven night’s accommodation at the five diamond rated Casa De Maris in the resort of Marmaris, on an all inclusive basis for two people sharing a room.

4. The prize includes two return flights to Zante from London Gatwick airport, and seven night’s accommodation at the four diamond rated Best Western Zante Park in Laganas, on a half board basis for two people sharing a room
