RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Efteling Theme Park Resort' (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 4th November 2019 to Sunday 17th November 2019 on Heart Kent (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk, register their details and answer the question as directed on the page. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 4th November 2019 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 17th November 2019.
4. At the end of the competition, one correct entrant will be selected at random as the winner and will be contacted by Heart.
Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. Entries are restricted to one entry per person. Multiple online entries will be removed.
7. Entrants and all of their family members who they would wish to come on the trip must have a valid passport with 6 months validation, after the date of departure from the UK. Scanned copies of passports will need to be provided from the winner to Heart on the day of winning.
8. All entrants must be able to travel on the 20th – 22nd December 2019. No alternative dates are available.
Prize:
9. One winner will receive a break to Efteling Theme Park Resort in Holland for two adults and two children (a child place is for those up to 16 years old) who are immediate family (extended family e.g cousins or auntie's relatives or friends of the winners are excluded).
10. Full prize details are as follows:

The prize is for 2 x Adults and 2 x children (Children are aged up to 16 years old)

The prize is to be taken from 20th to 22nd December 2019, staying at Efteling for 2 nights at the Efteling Hotel

The 2 nights accommodation at the Efteling Hotel includes breakfast and special early entrance to the park
-
Travel will be via DFDS from Port of Dover to Calais, then by car to Efteling (The car will be the winner's own vehicle and therefore must have the relevant travel insurance and European cover etc)

The prize includes a €200 Efteling Gift card

The prize includes £50 towards fuel

The prize includes Travel Insurance which will be provided by Global
11. The prize must be taken on the specific dates 20th to 22nd December 2019 with the itinerary as follows:
-
20th December – DFDS Ferry departs at 07:40 (check-in closes 45 mins/ 1 hour prior to departure)

20th December – Arrive in Calais (approx 3-hour drive to Efteling)
-
20th & 21st December – 2 nights at Efteling Hotel sharing a family room

22nd December – Depart Calais port 18:30 (check-in closes 45 mins/ 1 hour prior to departure)
12. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash alternative and has no cancellation value once booked. Nor can you add extra members to the journey even at additional costs.
13. The winner and guests must be available to meet at DFDS Ferry Terminal, ready for check-in on 20th December 2019. Check-in closes at 06:40 (departs Dover at 07:40).
14. The winner will receive a confirmation email from DFDS which they will need to bring with them for check-in.
15. The winner will need to take their car with them on board the boat as they will have to drive themselves to Efteling when they get to Holland. The winner is responsible for their own car insurance/ European breakdown and relevant travel kit.
16. The return crossing on DFDS Ferry is on 22nd December 2019. Check-in closes at 17:30 (departs Calais at 18:30).
17. The winner should allow adequate time to board the DFDS Ferry, failure to board on time may result in winners missing their opportunity to go on the trip as we will not be able to hold up the ferry.
18. There is no luggage restriction however please be mindful that the trip to Efteling is only for 2 nights and we advise to wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
19. Travel Insurance will be provided by Global.
20. Winner must use his/her own vehicle to travel to and from the port and to and from Efteling.
21. The prize is not redeemable on existing reservations.
22. The prize is subject to availability at time of booking.
23. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
24. The prize cannot be resold, used for commercial purposes or by another person.
25. Efteling Theme Park Resort reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this action at any time, and/or to terminate this action prematurely
26. The prize will only be awarded to the winner who proves identity and provides details for reservations within the timeline. (E.g. car make, model, registration, ages of children travelling etc.)
27. The winner’s full details will be provided to Efteling and their marketing team who may wish to get in touch to discuss the Efteling Experience.
28. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that (i) the Prize cannot be taken by a winning Entrant for any reason beyond the control of Global or Efteling Limited, (ii) the Prize is returned as undeliverable, (iii) the winning Entrant fails to respond to a Prize notification within 28 days or (iv) the winning Entrant declines the Prize the winning Entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winning Entrant may be selected.
29. The winner will be personally contacted by 20th November 2019 and all prize details will be confirmed and discussed.
30. Global Reserves the Right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
