The lifestyle blogger swears by this easy, budget-friendly remedy which contains lactose enzymes thought to dissolve dirt and nourish. So, how do you make it? Simply mix together the inside of one lactose capsule with 3 or 4 tablespoons of fridge-chilled yoghurt, spread the mixture onto clean skin with cotton wool, leave for 10 minutes to set then rinse with lukewarm water.
