Jogging Naked In The Snow Could Keep You Looking Young!

Woman says jogging naked in the snow and skinny dipping in sub zero temperatures for the past 9 years has kept her looking youthful.
Whilst some people stay looking youthful, with creams and watching what they eat, a lady from Ukraine has revealed a rather unique method of looking young.
Inna Vladimirskaya, 32, is positive that stripping off and running naked in the snow is the solution to maintaining a youthful glow.
If that weren’t cold enough, she also skinny dips in the sub zero temperatures of the Dnieper river every Sunday morning!
Carrying out the ritual for the past 9 years, Inna explained: “Every week I take a run in the snow and then plunge into the water.
“Immersion in cold water makes the blood rush to the internal organs, activating their circulation, which helps break down fat and improve muscle tone.
“It also helps beat muscle and joint pain and rejuvenates my skin, because of the increase in oxygen supply to it.”
She went on to comparing her body to a walrus saying: “The walrus looks much younger than its actual age, because it spends so much time in cold water.
“Humans can reap the same benefits if they are prepared to put the hard work in.
“I just make sure I don't stay in the water too long, and as soon as I am out I dry myself and go straight to my warm car.”
Well, with snow set to hit the UK next week, there’s no time like the present to try it out!
