Boris Johnson and the Home Secretary have been at West Croydon bus station, to see what police are doing to tackle knife crime this summer.
They've seen a search operation, where passengers are checked to see if they're carrying weapons.
This year, bus related crime in London went down by eight per cent, its lowest level for six years with just 11 crimes per million passenger journeys.
