TfL have told Londoners to go out for a meal during the 2012 Olympics to avoid overcrowding on the Tube
People are being urged to plan their routes in order to avoid the above stations. Marshalls will be at major rail terminals will be directing ticket-holders to less-congested routes, although critics say this means travel will take longer.
TfL boss Peter Hendy told a briefing that instead of going home at the usual rush hour time, Londoners should - if they can - go out for a meal, go to the theatre or the cinema.
This will then decrease the pressure on the busiest stations by the 20% needed to keep the Tube network running smoothly
