A four year-old boy has become the smallest person in the UK to have a successful lung transplant thanks to doctors in London.
Mason Lewis suffered from pulmonary hypertension since birth and struggled to develop as quickly as other children his age.
He was just three feet tall when surgeons at Great Ormond Street Hospital carried out the operation.
