Heathrow explains the snow chaos

Heathrow Airport's promising to invest £50m into a winter-weather plan after the snow chaos last December.

A report says the airport's owner BAA wasn't prepared which is why hundreds of flights were cancelled.

Poor communication and a lack of organisation is also being blamed.
