A new cancer care unit costing ten million pounds is opening at Royal Marsden Hospital, more than two years after a fire destroyed the original unit.
Hundreds of people were evacuated from the building in Chelsea, five operating theatres and two wards were badly damaged.
An insurance payout and charity donations have paid for the new unit and the repair of the 150-year-old building.
