Paralympic Flag Over Number 10

The official flag of the Paralympics has been raised in Downing Street, replacing the Olympic rings that have been flying over Number 10.
The Prime Minister has wished UK competitors luck and vowed to cheer them on at the biggest Paralympics yet.
The Games open on August 29th.
David Cameron has predicted that the years of dedication and persistence of Britain's Paralympians is about to pay off.
