Police search for watch thieves

It's claimed up to £50,000 of Rolex watches have been taken during a smash and grab raid at a jewellers in Mayfair.

Men on motorbikes armed with sledgehammers smashed the windows of Mappin and Webb on Piccadilly yesterday morning.

Police say the bikers came down from Hyde Park and left towards Piccadilly Circus.
