Police Target Rogue Cyclists

Cyclists who run red lights or ride on pavements in London are being targeted by police, during busy rush hour periods.

Enforcement teams around Trafalgar Square and the City will issue £60 fines to offenders, but they can escape the fine by attending a half hour session on road safety.

They'll also be on the look-out for people who use their mobile phones while cycling.
