Tolls For Blackwall Tunnel?

Boris Johnson has pledged that as long as he is Mayor of London, there will be no tolls on the Blackwall Tunnel.

However, has admitted some money must be found to pay for new Thames crcossings.

Transport for London has announced it is considering iintroducing a toll at the Blackwall Tunnel.

It would then use the funds raised to pay for another crossing to be built between Greenwich and Silvertown.
