London Underground's started a full investigation after a Victoria Line train heading for Brixton suddenly opened it's doors as it came to stop at a red signal.
It happened in rush hour yesterday evening and TfL say the doors were shut again straight away.
The driver's confirmed it was as a result of human error.
The train was checked over and no passengers were affected.
