Not long to go now until Jamie packs his bags and jets off to Rio. And it’s a less tubby Jamie who’ll be stepping onto the plane after his strenuous exercise regime. Today, we gave him a go on the iJoy which looks a little bit like a bucking bronco… It tones your thighs and we’ll post a video of Jamie on it on tomorrow’s blog (it’s well worth waiting for!).

A canine crimewave has hit London! We found out today that pet dogs steal items worth around £33 million a year. Clearly, this needs further investigation so we spoke to Suzie in Mill Hill. She confessed that her pooch, Woody is one of the perpetrators…

Harriet managed to redeem herself after yesterday’s dismal Hearticulate performance and helped Leanne from Lewisham to score 6. That got her tickets to see Janet Jackson’s Number Ones: Up Close And Personal show at the Albert Hall.
