Heart Breakfast with Jamie & Lucy 6am - 9am
He’s been a regular fixture on the big screen for over 30 years, his new film, Larry Crowne is in cinemas from Friday and recently Harriet got to chat with the legend that is Tom Hanks.
Find out what his favourite film role was, how he’s enjoying being a grandfather and the song he loves to sing at karaoke by clicking the link below.
Today on the show we learned all about Harriet’s “Tin Of Secrets”… She’s got a tin at her mum’s house that’s full of little trinkets from days gone by like her baby teeth, eraser collection and a pair of enormous earrings she bought in 1985! Jamie thinks it sounds like a Harry Potter film – “Harry Potter And The Tin Of Secrets”!
It’s official – listening to the radio makes you happier than watching telly or surfing the internet. The researchers didn’t say what show specifically has this effect but we know they mean Heart Breakfast with Jamie And Harriet (they do, don’t they?)
The winning continued this morning with Heart’s Take That Ticket Office. Alan from Carshalton’s a big Take That fan and so is his wife, Melanie. They’ll be off to see the boys and so could you. We’ve got chances to win all day on Heart.
We loved chatting to Germana in Islington today. She played Hearticulate and scored 6 with objects. She’ll be going to see Shrek The Musical at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. We’ll have another pair of tickets to be won tomorrow.
And well done to Karen from Petts Wood who’ll be inviting her friends to a pool party at the British Gas Big Dip on Clapham Common. She guessed the celebrity in the pool was Andy Murray.
We’re back tomorrow when you wake up with special guest, Supernanny Jo Frost. If you’ve got any questions for her let us know.
