RULES

1.   The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Cary Arms Hotel & Spa’ competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 11th September 2019 to Wednesday 25th September 2019 on Heart London (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk/ and register their details. 

4.    Online entry will open at 00:01 on 11th September 2019  and close at 23:59 on 25th September 2019.

5.    All entrants must answer a multiple-choice question for the chance to win. 

6.    One winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries. The winner will be notified by telephone by a Global representative

Eligibility:

7.    All entrants must be age 18 or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    One winner will receive a one-night stay, with dinner and a spa treatment per person at Cary Hotel & Spa, Babbacombe Beach
Devon TQ1 3LX.

10.  The stay will be in a Beach Suite and is for two people.

11.  The dinner will be at the hotel restaurant and will include a three-course dinner per person. Drinks are not included.

12.  The spa treatment is one per person and can be chosen from either a 50 minute body massage or facial.

13. The spa treatments will need to be pre-booked.

14.  The prize is subject to availability.

15.  The prize excludes Fridays and Saturdays, UK wide Bank Holidays, July and August and any special events including Festive Breaks and Valentine's Weekend.

16.  The prize must be redeemed by 23rd December 2020.

17.  Travel is not included.

18.  The prize to be supplied in the form of a ‘Prize Certificate’. Full details of prize redemption will be discussed with the winner.

19.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
