Girl threatened at knife point

A 16-year-old girl has been threatened at knife point on a redway in Milton Keynes.

It happened on Tuesday night at about 5.15pm.

The teenager was walking along the redway, next to the V7 Saxon Street, in the direction of the BP garage, opposite Heelands.

A man approached her and threatened her with a knife before she managed to run away.

The offender is white, 5ft 6ins, stocky, with distinguishable bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a green hooded top, blue jeans and white trainers.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or saw a man in the area matching the description to get in touch.
