A man, arrested on suspicion of the murder of a 19 year old woman after a fancy dress party ten years ago, has had his bail extended.

Police investigating the death of Rachel Manning have extended the bail of a 39 year old man from Bletchley until the middle of June.

Rachel went missing in the early hours of the Sunday morning, 10 December 2000.  Her body was found on Tuesday 12 December 2000 by workmen who were preparing a new course at Woburn Golf Club.

A £25,000 reward has been offered for information about the killing.

A new investigation was launched following the acquittal of her boyfriend Barri White, now 30, after a trial at Luton crown court in December 2008. He had spent almost six years in jail until a retrial was ordered after his case was highlighted by the BBC's Rough Justice television programme.

Rachel Manning disappeared after going to a 1960's theme fancy dress party at Bradwell Village Hall in Milton Keynes with Mr White. She was just three days into a new job at the Mad House clothing store in Milton Keynes, and was dressed in the clothes she had worn to the party - white knee length boots with platform soles, a short black skirt and a white top with flowers on the front.

But the electric blue frizzy wig she had been wearing was missing.

From the party, the couple and other party goers made their way to the Chicago Rock Cafe in Milton Keynes.

She left the bar and at around 2.30 in the morning was seen walking alone, after having an argument with Mr White by people on a bus.
