A man's suffered a punctured lung after being stabbed during an open-air concert at the Milton Keynes Bowl.
Thames Valley Police reckon a fight broke out in the main arena at the Swedish House Mafia gig on Saturday 14 July 2012.
They say three people suffered stab injuries. One, a 23 year old man from the West Midlands, was taken to Milton Keynes Hospital with a punctured lung.
Another, a 24 year old man also from the West Midlands, received a cut to his head and arm but has since been discharged from hospital.
Another 23-year old man was treated for minor injuries by the St John Ambulance.
Thames Valley Police say the fight happened at around 6.15pm, and they're asking anyone who saw what happened to get in touch with them, particularly if they captured it on their camera or mobile phone.
They say they are keen to speak to a man who is described as white, aged in his early twenties, wearing a blue Nike T shirt, and wearing a black jacket and black jogging bottoms.
Det Ch Insp Justin Fletcher said: “this appears to have been an isolated incident, and overall we are very pleased with how the event passed off, but we would like to trace the person responsible for this assault”.
During the concert, 3 people were also arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs. They are a 19-year-old man from Liverpool, a 26-year-old man from London, and a 37-year-old man from Ipswich. They are currently being questioned.
Anyone with information about the assault, especially if they captured video footage is asked to contact Det Chief Insp Justin Fletcher at Milton Keynes Police station via the new 24-hour non emergency single number 101. If you do not want to talk to the police, call the Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
