Woman's body found at house

A man's been arrested on suspicion of murder and released on bail after the body of a 40 year old woman was found at a house in Buckingham.

Police were called to an address in Ryeland at about 7.15pm on the evening of Saturday 22 January 2011.  A post-mortem carried out on the woman's body on Sunday has proved inconclusive, so further tests are now being carried out to determine the cause of death.

A 44-year-old man from Buckingham was arrested on suspicion of murder and has been released on police bail pending further investigation.

Police say the death is currently being treated as unexplained.
