Donald Duck receives some special treatment as part of annual Teddy Bear Clinic, in which a charity invites children from Berlin day care centres to bring their poorly teddy bears in for fictitious X-rays and examinations, so that the children can learn about the medical environment.

The Punk: Chaos to Couture opened to the public on Thursday at the Museum of Metropolitan Art in New York. The show looks at the impact of the 'punk' style on high fashion from the early 70s through to today. The show will continue until the 14th of August 2013.

7. Street dancers at Helston Flora Day in Cornwall
The good people of Hal-an-Tow took to the streets to dance as part of the Helston Flora Day celebrations in Cornwall on May 8th. The annual Flora Dance celebrates the end of Winter and the coming of Spring. Dancing starts at 7am and continues all day! Many people's favourite dance takes place at midday in which the men wear top hats and the women wear their prettiest dresses.

It's been an important week for The Vatican's Swiss Guards, who swore in thirty-five new recruits in an elaborate traditional ceremony at the Vatican. The new recruits must swear an oath to protect the Pope by holding the corps' flag and raising three fingers in a symbol of the Holy Trinity.
