Prince Harry has explained how he asked Prince William to be his best man, and it’s hilarious.
As predicted, Prince Harry has asked his brother the Duke of Cambridge, 35, to be his best man when he gets married next month.
Though as there’s never a dull moment amongst the brothers, in a recent interview Harry couldn’t resist squeezing in a joke about how his best man request went down.
During a visit to the Greenhouse Center charity in London, he joked, “How did I ask?”
“Got down on one knee. He’s known for months.”
Meanwhile, Prince William didn’t let his brother outshine him on the banter front, telling the reporters who asked him how he felt about his role as best man: “Revenge is sweet.”
The revenge of course being that Prince Harry William was William’s best man when he wed Kate Middleton back in 2011.
Wills added: “It feels great. Thrilled and delighted, obviously.”

Kensington Palace confirmed the news yesterday on Twitter, posting three pictures of the pair with the caption: "The Duke of Cambridge is honoured to have been asked, and is very much looking forward to supporting his brother at St George's Chapel, Windsor on May 19th."
We couldn’t imagine anyone better for the job!
