Prince Harry is yet to ask his brother to do the honour of being his best man.
With the royal wedding only a few months away, it goes without saying that roles need to be assigned ASAP.
However, Prince Harry appears to be taking it easy, as he is yet to tell Prince William whether or not he will be taking up the role as his best man.
During a group discussion at the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) last night alongside the likes of footballer Rio Ferdinand, William spoke about his relationship with Harry as part of the charity's "Best Man Project" – which celebrates men's friendships.
However, when asked about whether he will actually be Prince Harry’s best man he replied:
"He hasn’t asked me yet, just to clear that up.”
He then went on to say: “It could be a sensitive subject.” The “sensitivity” he is referring to is of course the fact that Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding falls on the same day as the FA Cup Final - which Prince William is required to attend as President of the Football Association.
William told Rio that he’s still "trying to see what I can do" about the sticky situation.
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle will reportedly be breaking tradition by asking her mum, Doria Ragland to walk her down the aisle.
A source told US Weekly: "I’ve heard that Meghan wants her mother to walk her down the aisle, which would be a sweet moment.
"While they will always be mindful of traditions and the views of their elders, the day is ultimately about them and what they want to do. Their romance feels refreshingly modern and I think that’s something that everyone at Kensington Palace has felt incredibly excited by."
All will be revealed on their big day!
