Prince William has a driving lesson from Police Sergeant Chris Gilbert. The prince is reported to have passed his driving test 28th July 1999, at the first attempt. Gilbert said that Prince William has a natural flair for driving and needed only 20 hours of expert tuition to pass his test first time.
