Looking for that last bit of royal memorabilia before the wedding? How about buying Kate's childhood home (you'll need a few pounds!)
Kate Middleton's childhood home in Bradfield Southend, Berkshire, which is up for sale and available to die-hard royal fans for close to £500,000.
The red-brick Victorian property where Michael and Carole Middleton raised their three children will be auctioned in the summer.
Dudley Singleton, the auctioneer handling the sale in Pangbourne on May 31, said: “It’s always possible that someone will buy it as an investment, because if Kate becomes queen someone might even want to open it as a museum one day and charge people to see it."
"There’s also a chance that someone could look to buy it as a holiday let, but if it sells to someone who just wants it as their home I’m not sure the royal connection will attract a huge premium."
