Plan B to perform at MTV EMAs

The British musician will perform at the star-studded event in Madrid

It's been a year full of success for Plan B, and now the star will perform at the MTV European Music Awards in Madrid.

Plan B has been added to the line up, which includes Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Shakira and Kings Of Leon.

“This will be my first time in Spain and at the MTV awards" said the star "nothing reminds me more of how far I've come in the last six months than opportunities like this."

The EMAs will take place at Caja Magica on November the 7th and will be hosted by Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria.

An overjoyed Longoria said about the upcoming event, "I am so excited to host the 2010 EMAs in the beautiful and sexy city of Madrid! I can't wait to see some fabulous performances and I am so proud that the two most nominated artists this year are two amazing women – Lady Gaga and Katy Perry – who are making some of the most exciting music in pop right now!".

The evening will see Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry fight it out for the Best Pop, Best Female and Best Song awards.
