Russell Brand to get waxwork

The comedian turned actor got up close and personal with staff as 300 measurements were taken for a waxwork model.

The wax model which will be unveiled at London's Madame Tussauds will be dressed in a trademark Brand outfit complete with make-up, skin-tight trousers and jewellery.

Brand has said "now that I'm monogamous I want to live vicariously through wax Russell, I insist that he's placed next to wax Helen Mirren and I hope they melt into one sexy blob."
