What's up doc?

A surgeon gives the Prime Minister and his entourage a stern telling-off for ignoring cleanliness rules.

The doctor in question was a senior orthopaedic surgeon who quickly expressed his fury at the fact the camera crew, who, unlike the politicians, hadn't 'scrubbed up'.

The policy is that visitors roll their sleeves up, take off their ties and any jewellry and have a good a good scrub down to try and minimize the spread of infection.

David Cameron, Nick Clegg and Andrew Lansley were in a ward at Guy's Hospital, London, during a scheduled visit and although Cameron looked slightly taken aback by the manor of his telling-off, he quickly agreed and asked the crew to 'disappear.'

Nick Clegg's face is priceless...
