Three Aerobics instructors are getting their pink sweatbands out this weekend to help raise money for Breast Cancer Campaign.

The event’s part of the national Breast Cancer Awareness Month and is running alongside London’s Hyde Park flagship events.

The three hour event’s packed with bums, tums and leg workouts and there’ll also be a dance aerobic section.

Sarah Foster, one of the instructors, says: “This event is open to [people] of all fitness levels; they can take part for as long as they are able.”

It's happening on Sunday from 1pm at Long Stratton Leisure Centre.

Over 46,000 people are diagnosed every year with breast cancer in the UK and the campaign’s aim is to beat the disease by funding research to find out how it develops.

Pink Aerobics is also supported by actress Ali Bastian.

She says: “Pink Aerobics is a fun-filled afternoon of dance-led aerobics that will help you get fit whilst raising vital funds for breast cancer research. Dance yourself fit … and help Campaign beat breast cancer!”
