A tree surgeon has been taken to hospital after he fell from a tree while at work earlier.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) said: "We received a 999 call at 10.16am to a man who had been injured in a tree fall at Great Ashfield, Bury St Edmunds.
"The casualty is believed to be in his 50s and suffered from a suspected broken ankle. We sent an ambulance to the scene and the crew assessed the patient and gave him pain relief.
"Fortunately he's not believed to be seriously injured and we took him to the West Suffolk General Hospital for further treatment on his ankle."
