East: Advice For Patients For The Strikes
NHS Norfolk and Suffolk are advising patients that they should still go to hospital and GP appointments unless they've been told otherwise today.
Over 1,800 UNISON members in the East of England Ambulance Trust will be joining with other public sector workers to strike today over a row on pension changes.
However, UNISON members have agreed to still respond to 999 calls throughout the 24 hour strike as well as having a contingency plan in place to make sure paramedics, doctors and nurses are all available to people who need urgent medical care.
