East: Volunteers Needed For Race For Life

Organisers from this year's Race for Life are telling Heart they need more volunteers for this weekend.

They're needed for marshalling the course, handing out water and giving the runners a goody bag and medal at the end of the race.

It's on at The Norfolk Showground this Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday the 10km race is at 10am. The 5km race is at 2pm.

On Sunday the 5km race is at 11am.

If you can help, all you need to do is go down on the day and make yourself known to an official in the Enquiries Tent and they will provide you with a T.Shirt and all you need.
