Gorleston: Paintball Shots Fired At Teens

26 October 2012, 05:00

Three teenagers have been fired at by someone in a passing car with a paintball gun in Gorleston in Norfolk.

It happened as they were sitting on a wall outside East Norfolk Sixth Form College around 1.20pm on Wednesday 17 October.

A group of friends including an 19-year-old man, an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were sitting on the wall when a black hatchback car, possibly a Vauxhall Corsa or similar, drove past along Church Lane towards Crab Lane with an occupant of the vehicle firing a paintball gun from a front window. The three were struck – with the 19-year-old sustaining an injury to the bridge of his nose.

It's thought there were two males inside the car and police need to trace them.

Anyone who saw the incident or who has any information about the vehicle or its occupants is asked to call PC Linzi Clarke at Gorleston on 101.
