Man Bailed Over Sexual Assault

A man arrested after a sexual assault in Great Yarmouth on Friday has been released on bail.

The assault happened between 2.30am and 4am as a woman in her 20's was walking along Regent Road towards an alleyway next to Nelson Road Central. She was approached by a man who pushed her to the ground and assaulted her before running off.

A 31-year-old man was arrested today in connection with the assault but has now been released on bail pending further questioning until February 2011.
