Nigel Pickover, Editor of the EDP and Norwich Evening News, talks to Heart about new plans to regulate the press.

Political leaders have agreed a deal on how to regulate the press in Britain. 

The plan is that it will help stop things like invasion of privacy and phone hacking.

A new independent panel will be set up to deal with newspapers if they break the rules.
