12 children were onboard the bus when it was in collision with the car near Acle.
It happened hear Moulton St Mary garden centre just after 5pm on Wednesday 23 January.
The bus was heading along Acle Road towards Freethorpe with 12 school children on board when the Citroen, travelling towards Acle, collided with a panel at the back of the 34-seat single decker. Fortunately no one on the bus was hurt but the driver of the Citroen failed to stop at the scene.
It’s thought the Citroen would have sustained noticeable damage to its offside and front bumper – and the door mirror was broken off the car and left at the scene.
Police are asking anyone with information about the vehicle or driver involved, or anyone who witnessed the collision, to call PC Adrian Fytche at Great Yarmouth on 101.
