Norwich: Sudden Death After Dispute

A man has died in hospital after falling on the ground following a dispute with a cyclist in Norwich.

The incident took place at 8.50am on Wednesday 18th July on Oak Street, Norwich near to the doctor's surgery. 

A male cyclist wearing sports clothing on a mountain bike became involved in an argument with a pedestrian, this led to the victim falling to the floor. The cyclist then left the scene. 

The 34-year-old victim from Norwich received initial treatment at the surgery, and was subsequently admitted to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital but has since died. 

Officers are appealing for the male cyclist or any person he may have confided in to come forward. They are also appealing for any witnesses to the altercation to also come forward.
