Storms and Powercuts Hit East Anglia

Parts of Norfolk and Suffolk have been left without power after an evening of thunderstorms.

The free summer fireworks in Great Yarmouth had to be canceled after the power cut knocked out Heart's music stage.

The flood lights at Carrow Road in Norwich went out during Norwich's friendly match draw against Spanish side Real Zaragoza.

The traffic lights around the Bascule Bridge in Lowestoft were affected by the powercut, and the rail line between Norwich, Ipswich and London was also affected after powerlines were hit.
