Body Discovered By Dual Carriageway

A 42 year old from Northampton has been charged with causing death by careless driving.

It's after a man's body was discovered alongside the A45 in the Wootton area of Northampton on Thursday morning. 

He also faces charges of failing to stop at the scene of an accident and failing to report an accident and will appear in court next month. 

A post mortem found that 39 year old Jack Bristow from Irchester had died after being involved in a road accident. 

His body was discovered by two cyclists. 

Northamptonshire Police say that they would like to speak to anyone who may have been driving along the A45 from the M1 at Junction 15, towards the Queen Eleanor roundabout at 4am Thursday morning and particualrly anyone who may have seen a white Land Rover with trailer, parked at the side of the road.
