Heart went along to the Benham Sports Centre in Northampton to meet Australia's Olympic Trampolinist.
20 year old Blake Gaudry spent four days in Northampton, he leaves today for the Olympic Village in London.
This is only the fourth Olympics that trampolining has been included as an event but Blake told Heart its a tough sport:
"The sports very unforgiving, it comes down to two routines, you can do really well at training but when it come down to the competition its just two 30 second routines and if you don't perform that’s just it, its game over"
He's training 6 days a week at the moment with his coach.
He told Heart he's not feeling too nervous about the games yet but he thinks nerves will kick in when he arrives at The Village.
His biggest competition are the Chinese who usually take Gold and Silver in trampolining events.
The UK doesn't have a male representative in the event this year.
