Man Stabbed After Pub Fight

A 29 year old man has received stab wounds to his neck and chest after a fight outside a pub in Corby.
Officers are appealing for witnesses following an incident in Copenhagen Road, Corby, which took place last night, Wednesday 26th December, between 11.30pm and 11.40pm.
It is believed an altercation occurred in the Talisman public house, and continued out on to Danesholme Road. During the dispute, a 29 year old man sustained stab wounds to the neck and chest. He was taken to Kettering General Hospital and his injuries are described as non life-threatening.
Police believe that a man involved in the dispute may have run off in the direction of Copenhagen Road.
Anybody who witnessed the altercation either in the pub or outside on Danesholme Road is asked to come forward with any information they may have.
